Mandy was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, she made a complicated process seem simple and easy. Very fast and reliable always easy to get a hold of, we had so many questions being first time homebuyers and she was able to answer all of our questions and worries! Always polite she is a very good person! I would say that anyone dealing with her is lucky, i know we lucked out having such a great loan officer and she helped make the process simple finding the perfect home!! Id recommend her to anyone!

Brandon went above and beyond to help my family. We had 2 failed homes. Our third and final home, Brandon was able to work magic to make that home ours. He was truly the most informative, patient, and professional lender. He made our first time home buying experience a piece of cake!

Darren was very helpful, knowledgably, and professional. He was always available to answer any questions we may have had, regardless of what he had going on. To our surprise, he showed up to our closing, traveling from Oakridge TN to Chattanooga TN. He wanted to insure that we had a successful closing or to be available in case we had questions.
