I don't typically write reviews, but the customer experience that McKenna the GM provided was so fantastic that I had to write this review. I was here here in Scottsdale on business, and was looking for a gym. As soon as I walked in to Mountainside Fitness I immediately noticed Mckenna engaging with customers, creating a very welcoming environment. What a great experience! McKenna greeted us at the front and gave us a tour of the facility. Very clean and organized. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality gym experience. McKenna knows how to run a great gym. Kudos!
Great gym. The staff is great, very personable. The gym and locker rooms are clean. The gym is small compared to other Mountainsides, but, it usually isn't very busy, so you don't have to wait for equipment. Convenient location to my office.
Great atmosphere. Helpful trainers. Not too busy. Mckenna, the GM was very helpful. Highly recommend.
This morning I tried out the Executive Club location for the first time in Old Town Scottsdale. The gym had just opened and as soon as I walked in I was very politely greeted by Mckenna at the front desk. She gave me a tour of the gym and I really appreciated her enthusiasm, especially so early in the morning, you don't find that often! Overall the gym was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, plenty of equipment and as a bonus it smelled great too. I'll certainly be back to this location again!

McKenna is the absolute best! In my opinion she is Wonder woman! She does it all here! And very kind, willing to answerall of your questions AND always smiling! Thank you very much for your help! She has was we call in Hawaii the aloha sprit!
I'll be honest I'm torn leaving this gym a 5 star due to complete selfishness on my part. Joining mountainside and upgrading to the old town executive club has been a great experience. The convenience of the executive club is amazing. I can run to the gym during my work break (save gas), get a great workout in (NOT an overcrowded gym) and get a delicious protein shake after (Thanks McKenna). Great Equipment - Great Staff - Clean Hopefully it doesn't get too busy here now ;-)
So today I went to Mountainside Fitness and McKenna was at the front door she one time I asked her straps and you're like oh yeah they're over there somewhere no they don't exist that's going on the review I'm doing the voice thing and it was amazing thank you McKenna yeah
