I love going to this gym. It's never very crowded and the staff is friendly and accommodating. McKenna at the front desk is super nice and easy to talk to. The smoothies are amazing as well.

Today, I had a chance to try out this location! What can I say? This is awesome! Very clean, very nice! Now this is the smaller club so people shouldn't be complaining and giving it less than 5 stars. To make things so much better, MCKENNA! Yes! She is not only awesome, she also values her customers and provides such exceptional customer service. This is a great location! Work out, lunch, shopping

I like coming to this smaller gym once in a while. When I visit I usually just do some cardio. The space for floor exercise is a bit limited as are the free weights and machines. The staff is always nice and I like the open doors to the outside patio.

McKenna is just lovely. She makes the best smoothies. Not even gonna work out anymore. Will just come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Gym is super clean and equipment is super new. Super convenient location and not too busy.

This is certainly one of my favorite mountainside fitness locations. It's an older gym with such an outstanding group of members and staff, and the corefit area is HUGE plenty of room to powerlift/oly lift

I just joined Mountainside Fitness executive club (after Arizona reopened from the Covid-19 shut down) and pretty happy with this location because it doesn't get over crowded. The gym is very clean and is located on the second floor at Scottsdale Waterfront. You do have to pay a one time $60 fee to access this location but I think it's reasonable. I just wish they stayed open later during the week and weekends.

Horrible. Mountainside Fitness supports domestic violence and sexual abusers or at a minimum their district manager Taylor Rice does. This is NOT a family gym. This is a corporate giant with connections to other corporate giants and places profits over principles and public safety. Find a different gym. mountainside will help your abusive ex walk right thru a restraining order. Run don't walk away from their gyms.

Horrible! We signed up for a membership and then the following week we cancelled the membership due to a physical disability . We had someone call last month that our dues were late. I told them we do not have a membership and that we went twice then cancelled. We were sent to corporate then on site with no resolve. They still have an entire year worth of membership fees that we never used or were ever members. They are not reimbursing us or even admitting that it was their fault they did not cancel the membership.
