Wow McKenna made the whole process so easy. This was an awesome experience as she helped answer all my questions and get me set up for a trial of the gym. The gym was awesome and had everything I needed. 5/5 stars on McKenna and the gym
Super clean nice facility. Great employees are always welcoming especially early in the morning with a big smile.
When It comes down to it, a gym is a gym. You go to lift weights, stay fit, and sweat on the benches. But what really sets a top notch gym apart from the rest is the managment. McKenna is one of a kind. I enjoyed waking up super early every morning and going to the gym just because I got to see her beautiful face. She was kind from the start and never got mad at me even when I may have slammed the weights a couple times by accident. Had to share and give my review because I do frequent a couple gyms and not everyone has energy or the personality like McKenna which says a lot about the gym! Shes got an amazing smile and I appreciate someone who works as hard as I do in all aspects of life so whoever is reading this give her a raise and a week off to enjoy some much needed self love! Shes earned it! Thanks Mckenna for all the vibes! You are the real MVP!
This gym has everything you need in a very convenient spot right down town.
Who knew cancelling a month to month gym membership would take 4 months. Phone calls, emails, certified letters. It seems to never end, they're practically stealing money at this point. I now have to go out of my way AGAIN and mail another letter. Crazy, what a waste of time. Highly recommend not getting involved with this gym.
Amazing gym. The staff is super accommodating and it is always clean and never too busy.
I really like this location mostly b/c it's so close to my studio. I also like that it's small, clean and quick to get to. Once inside it's not so huge that it takes 15 minutes walking to different sections upstairs and downstairs, as it does in other country clubs. Staff is very friendly. The only thing I would change is the choice of music as well as the volume!!!! I've listened to "Sweet Child Of Mine" more times than Id like to admit. Worst Customer service ever. I've been a member and love mountainside. I also have the executive membership at this location. The manager is awful with no Customer service skills. I hate going there because she's just awful... I just let it be because I am there to workout but she pushed me over when I bought friends on my guest passes and was rude to them ... to top it off she wants me to be there with them the whole time. This is insane. This may not be the position for her as she's always rude. This is just not a good rep... read more
