This is my favorite Mountainside Fitness location. They honored my free Yelp pass on check in. After my trial run I decided to join. Aidan helped me sign up and is always welcoming at the front desk. All of the staff has been very pleasant. They are on the second floor across from Nordstroms. They have an open balcony that they open up on cooler days. Absolutely wonderful staff at Executive club. While club is small, there are plenty of machines and areas to workout. Amenities are great. Always clean. What is unacceptable is what it takes to cancel an account. You will see 90% of the bad reviews on Yelp talk about how impossible they make it to cancel an account. Threats they will report you to collections if you don't send a certified letter to cancel or go in person to cancel. I've been a member at Mountainside for about a year. I enjoy on the amenities and programs that are offered. Each location has its own unique vibe but the staff does a great job making every single one feel like home. I'd like to shout out the Executive location's staff as they have set the standard for how to treat Mountainside guests. It starts at the GM McKenna and flows to every single staff member. McKenna is the absolute BEST and has amazing energy! She instantly will brighten up your morning!! Not to mention, the gym is absolutely amazing and has everything you need to get a great workout in. Even has an outdoor patio option if that's for you!
Best Mountainside Location, shoutout McKenna. Coolest receptionist. Always greeting guests with a smile and name. The small things make a difference.
Being a frequent traveler and visiting a lot of gyms, this has been one of the most hospitable gyms I've been too. McKenna Ballard was absolutely polite. Her energy is Very contagious! They are lucky to have her.
Signed up for a week pass as i'm in AZ regularly. They have a super flexible option. Awesome gym, even nicer employees. Will definitely return when i'm back in town
