What a great gym! I moved here a few months ago from Las Vegas and have been thoroughly impressed with the equipment, facility and staff. The equipment is perfectly spaced and the facility extremely clean. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. I want to also express my admiration for the CEO/owner who stood up for his business, community and his employees during this pandemic. This location is not adhering to CDC or Maricopa guidelines regarding masks or safety regulations. You cannot freeze your account without going in person and despite an ongoing pandemic with rising numbers of cases, they are unwilling to be flexible with capping at 3 months total. The front desk staff were wearing open faceshields that just covered their mouth (?wtf) and many gym goers also not wearing masks. Pretty infuriating to witness this behavior.

I am extremely disappointed at how this mountainside location has been managed during covid. They are not enforcing masks and more specifically all the staff are wearing these half shield like masks (that don't protect anyone) and ARE NOT state or county mandated. Please consider the safety of everyone who steps foot in your facility, you are not looking out for the betterment of your own community!

Lovin this new Mountainside location! Awesome class schedule and personal training with Katie!! So grateful they're back open and doing an amazing with all the covid restrictions. Constantly impressed with all you get with Mountainside for the price.

You have to cancel in person. Several people weren't wearing masks, so I have to come in and potentially expose myself and then you still charged me for a month when I cancelled on first.

If you asked me to review the company yesterday, i'd give 1 star. But, they've done a good job de-escalating my situation. I had an extremely frustrating situation with my cancellation. It wasn't anything against how the company functions, but COVID made it nearly impossible to cancel because I couldn't walk into the location and my cancellation letter got lost by USPS. I can't say enough good things about this gym and my personal trainer, Shannon Allen. I had originally intended to sign up here only while our regular gym was closed during the Covid crisis, but this gym exceeded our expectations in every way. It is large, clean, and new, with plenty of natural light. My personal trainer, Shannon, has also been amazing; she is able to challenge me well beyond what I could (or would) do alone, and she mixes it up, so I never get bored.
