Tom, the former CEO fought very hard to stay open for the guests and his own sake at the start of Covid as Casinos and Dave and Busters did not shut down. He fought in court and stood for our freedoms. Also a great, clean gym with most necessary exercise equipment.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST GYM! Do not trust them. I signed up for a six month agreement and they renewed it automatically when I was trying to get out of it and cancel it and it ended up costing me $100 to cancel something I'm not using because there isn't a close location for me to use. I will never give my business to this gym nor will I ever recommend. Their staff was unsympathetic and basically acted as if they didn't care. They made no attempt to remedy the situation. STAY FAR AWAY!

I sent a letter in to cancel almost 4 months ago. They have been trying to charge me every month since because they claim they did not receive a letter. This is 2021, why do you make it so difficult to cancel a membership, or continue to charge people who have not used your service?

The member service rep (Sydney I think her name was?) is so helpful!!! Had such an easy time signing up for a membership. Can't wait to keep using this gym!

This staff at this gym is excellent! Maddie (sales) helped me with my membership and Justin (front desk) is awesome! I love coming to the gym knowing he's working! The gym is kept very well

This location is well spaced out. People are very courteous and mind their business extremely well. The kids club is by the best of any other gym I've tried. The staff in the kids club are consistent and have taken the time & care to get to know my kids. Other gyms I've tried the kids areas were complete chaos at all times and not even half as clean. The staff has made an extreme effort with the current challenges. The gym is well organized. Top notch.

This review is for anyone out there who is looking for a trainer, and a gym that offers a trainer who actually knows what he's doing and takes great care to deliver the best possible training out there regardless of beginning point fitness level. Great, big, clean facilities with plenty of equipment (including some unique stuff). As a brand new facility, it has everything you'd expect from a modern gym, including great locker rooms, a clean kids area, and top-of-the-line equipment. I had some billing issues that weren't clear and had to be addressed multiple times (e.g., unexplained charges). Also, it can be really hard to get a hold of someone in member services. We joined this Mountainside in February before Covid shut everything down. The building wasn't even completed. We opted to continue to pay our dues vs putting them on hold during the lockdowns to support a local business, as we have and continue to do with other local businesses.
