Hello, my name is Harry, I have mild autism and a nonverbal learning disorder. It is often hard for me to communicate with others. This is not the case with Mountainside. The staff are highly trained in the art of customer service. Each member takes the time to learn the person coming into the gym's name and greets them with their name and a smile. Worst experience I've had with a gym by far. Avoid at all costs because there are many other options in the area.
Such a nice gym. The equipment is set up in an organized way, locker rooms are always well kept and staff is super friendly. Pretty busy in the evenings but I never have a problem doing my normal workouts. Would definitely recommend this location
That guy Connor is just such a good guy. Every time I walk into the door instant smile. Really nice gym also.
In the area of Scottsdale there are many gyms of different cost ranging from $200+ a month to $5. I can't firmly say that I've been apart of many of the gyms and never fully felt that I was getting the most out of my experience for the price I paid. This mountain side has everything you need from amazing equipment to a complete set of amenities such as stem room, sauna, and recovery rooms. This is my favorite Mountainside Fitnes of all. The gym is clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptional, especially Jasmine at the front desk. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her customers and always wears a smile. This is part of the reason why I choose this gym over the other options. Happy staff = happy customer base.
Great gym with everything you need to get a solid workout in. Very clean and the staff and the atmosphere is very friendly! 10/10 would recommend this gym!
Justin at front desk is the best! Positive and great energy. Makes you feel welcomed and at home!
