Our three year old puppy had a medical emergency yesterday during the lockdown. Dr. Tam and her amazing staff of technicians came out to the car in masks and gloves to take care of Boulder with kindness and expertise. We have been with this wonderful Vet center for three years. They are perfect in every way. You will feel safe and comforted with these loving experts. Tell them Boulder sent you!

I had an elderly cat in respiratory distress on a Saturday morning. Called the office and they would see us immediately. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. Dr. Tam was so helpful and took plenty of time even we had arrived only minutes before closing. Great office and great care!

The entire staff is wonderful! Dr. Fan listens to questions and concerns and provides thorough responses. She is empathetic, flexible, caring, and professional. We trust her expertise and she is genuinely interested in our pet's well-being. This is a great office. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

In just two short months, I think I've become Mt. Diablo Veterinary Medical Clinic's #1 customer. We've had pancreatitis. We've had eye ulcers. We've had rashes. We've even had ticks (shudder). The short of it is that everyone who works here is incredible. Incredibly responsive, incredibly helpful, incredibly empathetic, incredibly informative. All of it. Mt. Diablo Vet and everyone in it deserve more than just 5 stars. Dr. Hagler and his crew take excellent care of our GSD - the Best Dog in the World! - with practical advice, effective treatment and rational prices. We greatly appreciate everything they've done for our boy and highly recommend them.

Dr. Hagler and the staff are professional and always fantastic when I brought my cat in. He was always difficult but add. Hagler and staff always handled him with care and love. I highly recommend this clinic!!

So within this area you actual have a vast choice of vets. However when your pet is sick and it is a week end , your choices suddenly shrink right in front of your lost for words eyes (that is if eyes could speak of course ). It never rains it pours. So my darling cat made sure it was a week end before getting all weird and sick on me. This practice does everything they can to take great care of your pets. Dr. Fan is a wonderful doctor and goes into great detail when telling you what is wrong with your pet. Dr. Hagler is an incredible doctor and really cares about your pets. They are both very thorough in what they do. I love Marilyn, the manager, and I love Kim and Debbie. And I really love the technician Jennifer, although I don't know if she is there anymore. They are the best and really love your pets.

I've been taking my pets here for over 20 years and have never considered going elsewhere. Everyone in the office from the receptionists to vet techs to docs are top notch. You get straight scoop if your beloved pet has a serious problem and they take great care to make the horrible goodbyes not so horrible. Very highly recommend Dr Hagler and staff!
