So within this area you actual have a vast choice of vets. However when your pet is sick and it is a week end , your choices suddenly shrink right in front of your lost for words eyes (that is if eyes could speak of course ). It never rains it pours. So my darling cat made sure it was a week end before getting all weird and sick on me. This practice does everything they can to take great care of your pets. Dr. Fan is a wonderful doctor and goes into great detail when telling you what is wrong with your pet. Dr. Hagler is an incredible doctor and really cares about your pets. They are both very thorough in what they do. I love Marilyn, the manager, and I love Kim and Debbie. And I really love the technician Jennifer, although I don't know if she is there anymore. They are the best and really love your pets.

I've been taking my pets here for over 20 years and have never considered going elsewhere. Everyone in the office from the receptionists to vet techs to docs are top notch. You get straight scoop if your beloved pet has a serious problem and they take great care to make the horrible goodbyes not so horrible. Very highly recommend Dr Hagler and staff!

This review is WAY overdue. I consider this place my pets' home away from home. The entire team - front staff, techs and vets - always provide my pets with the best care possible. I feel they are an extension of my family. Dog, corgi - Dr. Fan has been caring for my dog since he was a pup. Excellent Service, very friendly staff. I have been taking both my pets here for close to a decade, I don't live near it anymore but still continue to go out of my way to take my pets here because of the service.

Outstanding service. The veterinarians and staff are the best. Professional, compassionate, top of the line. If your dog or cat is a member of your family, like ours is, then Mt. Diablo is where you should be.

If you're looking for top-notch veterinary care, this is the place. The staff is friendly and welcoming (even when your beloved pet doesn't love doctor's visits!), takes the time to explain things clearly and are compassionate in difficult times; their level of service is truly A+. I've taken my cat to Dr. Hagler for almost 15 years and I simply wouldn't trust anyone other than MDVMC-they are the very best.

Dr. Hagler and his entire team are awesome!! He really saved our dog's life and they took really good care of her because she had to stay overnight with them post-surgery. Dr.Hagler really cares about the animals and you can trust your pet to be in good hands.

Very happy with the hospitality i've been given during my visit. I brought my dog in to get fixed and the instant I walked in I was greeted by Deb, the sweet front desk lady. I filled out some paper work and sat down and waited to be seated. Just glancing around, you can tell the facility is thoroughly cleaned. Not too long after I got in, Diego was called in for surgery.
