Mark was the best and most transparent lender i’ve ever worked with. I texted Mark weekly just to confirm I was set to close but I didn’t need to, he was one step ahead of the realtors, title company and Florida VA appraisers to deliver an early closing! We hoped to close in 30 days (Aug 23) but he guaranteed 21 days and delivered!
