Whitney and her team were amazing. We are relatively inexperienced with the home buying process but we felt like we always knew what was happening as Whitney was there to answer any question we had. She was also extremely flexible when we changed the date of the closing a few times (moving it up) and kept us on track to close on time. Whitney Berra Was AMAZING to work with. Incredibly fast to respond with good work. As soon as our efforts were shuffled to other people it was a horrible experience, with our mortgage not actually ready even after we were told we were clear to close. Additional paperwork was requested after signing, which didn’t make sense.
