Doug was responsive to all my messages and calls. We had a game plan and we executed it on time. On the underwriting side I would say there’s room for improvement, you had my file for ~2 months and asked for difficult to track down documents at the 11th hour.

Douglas made the process easy and safe. He communicated with us frequently to make sure we stayed on track for closing. Also, he and his team delivered on the promise to lock the rate we discussed on the phone, and process our application in time for quickly approaching closing. I did have frequent and regular communication with Jeff. He worked well with his colleagues internally and helped get resolution with cross-functional partners externally (seller's attorney, buyer's attorney, condo association etc.).
