Dan was genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goal of eliminating big debts that were strangling me , he acted like a friend who made the process easy even when I had trouble figuring out what to do next. It was almost seamless. Eric looked at my different options and presented them to me in a clear, concise manner. He was easy to reach and very personable. He answered all my questions almost immediately. The online dashboard was easy to use as well and easy to drop information in there.
