Loan estimates were inconsistent and missing key information for an accurate quote. Customer service was friendly and responded quickly but expertise was in doubt.

Nathan was wonderful but his colleagues at LoanPal were less wonderful. It was hard to communicate with Rachael. She did not explain or clarify anything. She refused to qualify my income as a nurse (wouldn’t qualify my differential pay) so I lost money on this loan. I would highly discourage any nurses from every borrowing through LoanPal—it was a bad experience unfortunately .

The end scheduling was slow..communication was poor at end..closing 11/1 vs 10/31...we lost the expected 2 mos..no payment by 24hr. Closer showed up 10a Sunday having left unreturned call 630 pm fri....until at door Sun am.
