Timely follow up Accurate documents - CD & Settlement statements did not match nor was the payout amount to me was not accurate for what was received Too much wasted time spent with the verification team - this team was AWFUL

I felt like I was on a conveyor belt because I had a different servicer every week or two. I would have felt more comfortable if I were only dealing with 1 to 3 people. Also, I didn't know that I would have to mail out physical checks to the debtors. I spent 2 days on the phone and at the post office and FedEx sending out checks which cost me about $60 . Also, I'm still not certain how much I should expect to receive for my escrow refund. I have to say that all of the questions that I dis ask were answered with confidence ... read more

Nathan needs to not copy and paste messages, or possibly review the relevance before sending. Everything was urgent and needed attending to or it may affect approval of the loan, when actually I needed to review something. Don't cry wolf, it pisses people off.

The most important issue- appraisal was inaccurate and low causing us to have to pay a one time M.I., by skewing the comps through 50% to the house the least like ours and the lowest $sqft and then only 25% to the house with the highest $sqft...Tamiko Lynch was great and diligent and helpful and communicative and would recommend her. But this process cost us over a $1000 in Mortgage Insurance

I really really hated dealing with Factual Data, I honestly feel their lack of consistency/professionalism delayed my loan being processed more efficiently. I had to speak with them 3x because they could not get it right with the verification questions to lender, thus making the summary from my lender to Goodleap incomplete.

to be more clear, on my part, about what I expected in a Loan application and completion. I would also like my daughter to be part of the Loan, she may already be, and I intended to leave her this home when we pass.
