Is seems that after we agreed to refinance with you that the communication was not great. We had to correct the notary several times while she was here, some of the paperwork even had errors. Then as soon as everything was final you sold our mortgage to one of the WORST companies out there! Gee thanks! :/ So yeah....experience was ok bit not great.

Moving from person to person with each step made it harder to connect. It also raised questions at times about what one person said vs another and I couldn’t remember who said what to follow up. We wanted a smaller lender to avoid this, but weren’t able to due to the loan type we needed

Service for closing was unorganized. Could not get answers from closing agent. Got several closing disclosures. Each with different amounts owed at closing. Got closing details (who, whe, where) at 7:30 pm night before 10 am closing next morning. Timisoara really dropped the ball and ruined great experience.

They are quick to get you but honestly I’m not happy and regret refinancing with this company, the appraisal was low balled and the loan officer basically said deal with it when I’m seeing houses sell for 50,000+ in my Neighboor hood with less options and smaller, Loan was sold right after and now I’m having to deal with paying one payment to you guys by mail and then figure out the new company. Still haven’t been able to figure out an online option to pay the one payment I need. Very bad experience over all!

Dustin was helpful at first, then he became terrible at his job. He was very uninformed of what was going on during the refinance process. His communication needs work, I would reach out to him and not receive a response until 24 hours later. He made a promise that he would send me $500 for all the delays in the process which ended up with me losing out of a deferred month of payment. He has yet to make good on his word. I would not recommend doing business with Dustin or this company at all.

Kept needing to send more and more papers and we had already sent them. Justin was very nice and always answered my questions very fast. Rachel was not like that, didn't care for her. She never called me back. I kept telling her our steps were not connected, she insisted they were and had to have an engineer come out and we were right, but now have to pay more for the engineer. Very satisfied with Justin. Wish he had handled the whole process.

0 debt and perfect credit to start. There was no communication unless it was initiated by me. Our first closing date passed by with NO words from anyone! The 2 months that it took was extremely frustrating and the “customer advocates”…JOKE! I was afraid it was never going to end and they kept coming up with more items where they were going to have to extend my rate lock “again”. I ended up writing an email all the way to their Senior Executives. Funny thing, that next day, cleared to close.
