1. Don't send us the check for the auto loan payoff. 2. Allow us to setup automatic payments to Goodleap through our bank. 3. Don't send payment(s) to our insurance broker as that will mess up our automatic payments to them.

Initially I heard $4000 (customers think of total charges) to save $40000. End result kept changing I paid $7000. Just because you save me money if I keep loan for the full 30 years does not mean you can just add charges at will. Make these up front. At least $22000 of my debt is from financing. Twice with your company

It was very frustrating having to continually submit the same documentation for payoff amounts because of the lack of communication between Cardinal and the title company, Fidelity. When I finally called Fidelity directly, I was able to resolve the issue in about 15 minutes. It would have been less frustrating to only request payoff statements once we were cleared through the title company. If it wasn't for Broc Penner and Jennifer Ritch, we would have cancelled the transaction and gone with another lender.
