I was planning to be there 5 days, only stayed 1 because of no work-fi No working wi-fi

It was terrible! The condo was never cleaned. The beds were a mess, the floor was dirty, and there were dirty dishes in the sink. The second room had a broken chair, holes in the walls, and spiders. Nothing!

Bad Well I ask for a lower level room and did not get it. There was a reason I wanted a lower level room is because I had fx in my hip. The carpet in the condo was nasty and roaches in the bathroom and the living room. No one offered to tell us where the pool was at or anything else. Nothing!!

We have to take reservations in the order in which they check in and that sometimes leaves us without any lower floor rooms available, and we do apologize that the unit was not up to standards. A little disappointed The villa floors were not clean our socks were pure dirty and sticky from floor. Tv in the living room did not work and home owner were informed weeks ago but staff rented villa anyway. Microwave did not work we could not rewarm food. Their where no pots and pans we had to go buy them in order to cook. Just a few frying pans. one word awful the outside of it. Building 4823-Unit 203 need not to be rented or leased out to no one until the owner makes some upgrades, bill wasn’t paid so no tv the whole time we were there, toilet had to be fixed while there, carpet nasty, refrigerator side rust all on it, air vents rusted, shower arm rusted, bedroom door had hole in bottom of it, kitchen cabinets coming apart, recliner had rip near the head part. Disappointing
The location was great however they really need to make sure these places are clean before renting them out it was not clean at all. blankets were very dirty and there was dead bugs in the living room area and where the washer and dryer was very close to everything

Will stay there again but in a different unit. The villa I stayed in was dated with filthy carpet throughout and second/third bedroom closet doors were off track. The front bedroom TV did not work, and mice droppings was noted on carpet. The place did not feel clean inside at all. The location was great and the property on the outside was nice and clean.
