Great location but not much else. Condition of unit. Poorly furnished. Didn't look clean or updated. Old furnishings. Mix matched and broken fixtures. Also booked a king bed room and received a double. Very uncomfortable as I am a tall guy. Was promised a transfer to a new unit but never heard back from office. Great location. Beautiful landscape.

Very Disapppointed!! When I arrived, it was late so I got the info out of a lock box. My unit was pretty easy to find. The unit carpet was terrible. The bed is worn out. The springs in it is gone and therefore I hurt all wknd. The maintenance man never came to give wifi password, the drain was slow, the faucet rinse sprayer was broke, and I took my family down there to show off, only to be disappointed. Over priced but location is good. Pretty dirty when we arrived. You can do much better. Pubic hairs in bathroom, the extra 100 dollar deposit, spider nest everywhere, broken tv and channel changers, dirty kichen and walls, mold in bathrooms, ants, scratched walls, very noisy, no sound deadner between floors. Trash from the previous visitors was still in the trash can. There were ants in the kitchen. Location

We had a late check in so we had to stay the first night but immediatly messaged Booking.com & cancelled the room th The actual condo was the OPPOSITE of the pictures I booked. We booked a condo with wooden floors, this condo had carpet with stains everywhere, the shower floor was cracked, the bathroom paint was coming off, the shower head was spewing water, the fridge was dirty, the dishwasher was rusty & the condo had an odd smell. I liked the location and the proximity to everything in Myrtle!

We do have other units available if you would like to book with us again, we can make arrangements to have you stay in one of our other units on property.

great location and beautiful property site but the unit quality is awful. no elevators, not properly cleaned, no cable tv, broken tv remotes with damaged batteries, broken smoke detector location, unit size

Disappointing First the TVs didn't work after calling maintenance still couldn't get the TV in the living room working. They got the one in the master bedroom working but only temporarily. Furniture and stove need to be updated. I like the space and the fact that it was an apartment. Full kitchen and also quiet. Fairly clean. I love the patio overlooking the golf course

great stay. Staff at check in is terrible and unprofessional the front desk to check in was closed at 8:30 pm when I checked in. according to the website it is supposed to be open till 11 pm. the lady was very rude at the desk the next morning. I told her that we were her at 8:30 pm but nobody was here to check us in. we had to call a number to get into a box for the key code. I showed her on the site check in was till 11pm. Poor I stayed at a room that I paid for but didn’t get the right room. I went to go ask about the change and was told through Booking.com it gives you a preference. But it doesn’t when booking the actual Villa. It only allows preference for a ONE bedroom villa. I am a Genius member so I had free room upgrade. The WiFi did not work or stay connected through our stay!! the location and view

I apologize that your recent stay was less than perfect. Unfortunately when booking through a 3rd party we are obligated to assign a room that is stated on the reservation. Any upgrades need to be handled through booking.com

the stay was not what i expected on my first vacation to myrtle beach. didnt have linen for the sofa bed, refrigerator and dishes werent clean. didnt have toilet paper in one bathroom toilet was clogged in one bathroom shower was not hot
