Silver is knocked loose, rattles around, and is gone in a week. I have purchased this item several times over the last year and a half. I was very pleased with the first 4 or 5. However, the one I bought a little over a month ago had all of the silver knocked loose. The silver is in crumpled bits that rattle around inside the cylinder. All was fine.. All was fine...but the extension sticks could not be used in my filter so the mineral stick sits in the plastic basket and works fine. Is there a uk distributor?

Didn't fit (screw into filter) like the previous one Bought this for jacuzzi brand spa. Didn't fit (screw into filter) like the previous one. I used it anyway by letting it float loose inside filter. Next time I'll look for one that will screw in.

Indispensable for my chlorine-sanitized hot tub I've been using these for years, like the Amazon pricing. I have measured and find that I use less chlorine with the Nature 2 sanitizer. Another noticeable difference is when I leave the hot tub untended for a week (or two). Water stays clear long after chlorine is gone. My tub uses chlorine and ozone. I will continue to use the Nature 2 product as well.

If this didn't work for you but you want to reduce the amount of chemicals you use I have found I can just use a little shock after each use. Even the non-chlorine shock will work doing this as well (it's just VERY expensive). This may not work for everyone, b... read more
