My dad has been at Neale Court since July, and being 92, I was concerned whether he would settle in, but I needn't have worried, as there was always someone around to help him find his way around, and the activities are absolutely brilliant, which he thoroughly enjoys. The main reason we chose Neale Court was purely and simply the staff, all of whom work hard, but remain cheerful, helpful and caring. The renovations are nearly complete, and it is looking amazing, worth the upheaval, but then I'm not there 24/7.

I find the home well run and friendly. The premises are extremely well run and provide a warm and comfortable environment. Without exception, I find the staff welcoming and helpful and the residents are cared for with compassion and understanding.

Mum entered Neale Court initially for respite care after a turbulent few months in and out of hospital. From the moment mum was showed her room she said it felt like she was home! Within a week; said she hoped she could continue to stay forever! My dad initially came to Neale Court for respite in October 2020 and settled in very well. So when the time came to him needing permanent care there was no hesitation in deciding that Neale Court was the place for him. All the carers are so lovely and it's clear to see they genuinely care for all the residents. They keep me informed of any changes with my dad and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. My grandmother and family have been welcomed and looked after by Neale Court with amazing kindness and support. Through their sensible approach and empathy supporting everyone during the sad passing of my grandfather, due to dementia, down to the daily activities and updates that make all the residents and their families smile. Sadly I am too far away to visit often, but a huge thank you to everyone at Neale court for making it a happy home.

Both my parents entered Neale Court Care Home in March 2020. During that time, myself and my husband have been welcomed into Neale Court and made to feel like part of the Neale Court family. Unfortunately, my dad deteriorated quite quickly (his condition was the reason they entered Neale Court). In his final days, both my husband and I were allowed in to care for him and to support my mum and were included in staff Covid testing to ensure safety. My grandma hasn't been with you very long, but in a matter of a few weeks, her confidence has grown, and it's lovely to see photos of her joining in with the arts and craft activities you've been doing. Thank you, Neale Court carers!

Living overseas, as we do, it is very comforting to know that our relative is being well taken of. Seeing the photos on Facebook of all the activities taking place at the residence is very reassuring; they always look like they are having a fun time.

The care given to my mother and the activities you have the residents participate in is wonderful. You keep them happy and their minds alert. The staff are always upbeat and happy to help and genuinely care. My mother has been much happier and mentally alert since moving in.
