Mum was a resident at Neale Court for over 4 years until July 2020 when she sadly passed away. She chose Neale Court herself after looking around several other care homes and the family reading the good reviews. She was very happy there, all staff were exceptional and compassionate and looked after her with high standards right until the end. Mum considered all staff as being her friends and was grateful for everything they did for her. Well done to all staff and thank you for looking after my Mum so well.

When I walked into Neale Court, I knew this was going to be a lovely home for Mum. You can tell the staff here are working as carers because they are passionate about caring, not just doing a job. The interaction from the staff to me as a relative has been positive and friendly. I am always contacted if Mums needs change. I would recommend this care home 100-per-cent.

My mum is 102 and has been cared for the utmost warmth and concern. I would not dream of her being cared for anywhere else. The staff are amazing, and my mum has settled so well; she is now putting on a bit of weight and is contented, what else can you ask for!

My mum came out of hospital and needed respite care. On telephoning the care home we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, so helpful. A room was arranged and mum moved in. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough, amazing care. Mum had always been daunted by a nursing home stay but not here. We felt part of a lovely atmosphere and the staff cannot do enough for the residents and families.

I cannot express how amazing the staff from care to catering to housekeeping to management. Neale Court Staff are all one in a million. We were very anxious about putting my grandma in care back in January 2018. Most of the homes we looked around we didn’t want grandma to go too. We walked into Neale Court they stated their residents family are their family and they definitely didn’t go against their word. My first impressions of Neale Court is of a beautifully clean home with caring, friendly staff who pay attention to detail. It is early days for my Aunty but the staff are making every effort to ensure she is well looked after and cared for.

From the first time we looked around Neale Court we knew it was absolutely perfect for my Grandmother. Over the 3 years she lived there the staff were wonderful with her especially in the last few weeks of her life. I know my Grandmother was very happy living there and we cannot thank all the staff enough for all their care and support.

My husband went into Neale Court as I had not had a break for 2 years. He was so well looked after by all the staff, he really enjoyed the food and the place. He said he will go back any time again that I need a rest. We would both like to say a big thank you to all concerned.
