Ned Stevens quoted 1 week service, but said weather may impact the timing and delay service for 2 weeks. I contracted with them 10 weeks ago and despite excellent periods of weather, have not shown up. Customer Service still lists me on the schedule. I cancelled and contracted with a smaller contractor. Received 1 day service.

I was told by the telephone representative that I would not need to be home. When the workers showed up they needed to have the water turned on (house was winterized) so indeed I needed to be home. Also, when I answered the knock at the door when they first arrived they were already in their truck preparing to leave and I had to flag them down. They also did not replace the downspout extension that had come undone...
Charged an exorbitant amount of money for a simple project without first providing a quote. Will never use again.

Ned Steve refused to take a photo of the gutter they finished cleaning when I am out, so I really do not know what is the quality of it.

We contracted this gutter cleaning company over a month ago, they took our credit card number for payment, we have been in phone contact three times and our gutters still are not cleaned!
Aggravating experience. The sales guy said all the right things, but they did not show up until I called them repeatedly after ten days, and they did not do the minor repairs they promised (tune up).
Nice job and great clean up.
