My comments are to improve service to future customers. The two-man crew came to clean my gutter without advance notice by telephone. Therefore, nobody was at home. Thanks to my camera, I came back home within 20 minutes, the crew was already in the truck ready to leave. Ned Stevens employer said the gutter cleaning was done but refused to tighten or replace 6 screws that connect 3 gutter panel sections which are a part of the contract (value $29 but throw in for free as an incentive).
Ned Stevens Company did substandard work repairing (paid extra for) and cleaning my gutter. They left my faucet with a steady leak that needs repair. I called the same day but they have done nothing to address either the gutter repair or damage to my faucet. They did manage to charge my card though.

I suppose the cleaning was OK but they were very careless and broke a garden statue that was an irreplaceable heirloom

Don't hire this company. They did not the job i specifically discussed and hired them for but charge me the full cost. I will never deal with this company ever again.

I have been a Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning customer for 2 plus years now. I signed up with them because I was getting a bit older and decided that I would give up doing work around the house that required going up and down a ladder. Take the stress away from the spring and fall gutter cleanings. The use of the ladder is gone but the stress is 10 fold. It took them almost two weeks to clean my gutters. Granted - I was told it could take this long but other companies were able to get the job faster.

wanted to upsell on a cleaning contract. They said they would include tightning of fastners for free and didnt even bother doing that. just cleaned the gutters.
