They came today and were here for 10 minutes. I assume that they did the job I hired them to do, but since I did not get on a ladder to check my gutters, I don't know what kind of job they did on a 2500 square foot house in 10 minutes. They cleaned up and took a small amount of trash with them. I don't know how to give this service a rating.

They clean my gutters and rip off some shingles of the roof and then tellme that my shingles are fell off Asking for + money to come back and fix that. What a shame

After the service people arrived I received a call from customer service (MM initials) saying they misquoted the service agreement and they are increasing the price $400 over the $1400 I prepaid. I asked what is different and he could not answer the question. He agreed to do this job as quoted, I agreed and told him to cancel the contract as I do not do business with companies like that. It took less than one hour for the service guys to do the job.

Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. Made me wait 2 weeks, when they came out they left me a message they couldn t do the job because of ladder positioning. Whatever that means but it s a crock! These gutters are cleaned every year and I ve also done them myself. I ve since hired a LOCAL company, they were there the next day and they did a great job. Beware when hiring Ned Stevens to clean your gutters.

The person is here now, he does not speak English. When I made the appointment I told them we would possibly need some repairs and new gutters in the back and we would go over what we wanted. This can't happen now. I want my money back.
