It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

We hired them, however they stated they could not do the work do to type of home. We are a simple colonial structure. Not sure how they are the market leader...?
They came unannounced. Was same day I had contractor come to stain outside deck. Told gutter cleaners to stop since they couldn?t get deck wet. Went into house to call gutter contractor, he said no problem tell them to come back another day. By time I went back outside they had continued to clean gutters and gotten deck wet. Called back office and his response was ?maybe it will dry in time, what do you want me to do? . I expect workers to stop when I tell them to, they did not. The workers started to use water hose to clean out gutters and leaves and dirt started falling on my deck furniture. They should have moved furniture or asked me to move it before the dirt started falling on my deck furniture, which I finally moved and then had to clean after they left.
Could not complete a cleaning job on a standard 2 family.
Cleaned gutters by blowing and flushing - resulting is debris falling to ground and then being blown around instead of being collected.
The workers did not speak English well and it was difficult communicating with them plus their estimate on my gutter protection was way off.
Nice people on the phone but I was told that they would clean-up afterwards . They just blew the debris from the gutters away from my home and in the middle of my from and back yards .. I had company over that day and I didnt need the company to see the debris around so I had to take the time to clean-up the area . Home Advisor did back these guys soundly , so your call , just wanted to share my experience .
I signed up because I was led to believe the service included gutter maintenance. Why would I pay $170 for some one to just clean my gutters.? Thats a lot of money, but if it included maintenance to ensure they are connected right, on right slope etc, then I can see value. This is purely a gutter cleaning service, anything else you want done is extra and very expensive. Also, they never fix anything on the spot. My experience was awful. They came by and I had no idea they were coming. So I made arrangements with Bubbles. Around 10am I get a call from a friend saying that the water in my back yard was running and he tried to stop it but couldnt. I figured I would attend to it when I got home. Then the company Bubbles who kept in contact with me called and said that they came by and my gutters were clean and that my backyard was filling up with water.
