It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

My gutters were not very dirty. The price should have been adjusted. Was at my home for 12 minutes.
They overcharge if you're not physically home then they tried to add on 75 to clear mesh they charged me 50.00 but it was only worth 25.00 since it was a 2 second job
Unable to schedule a service date. They came at their convenience. I like to be around when someone works on my house. They came by once but were unable to clean my drains due to my gutters having screens. After several calls I agreed to allow them to remove the screens. But it took 10 days and 2 phone calls for them to finally come and finished clearing my gutters. They left the discarded screen on my property. I had to see to the disposal.
Did not deliver as promised. Showed up to do the job then said could not do.
I hired them 2 weeks ago still waiting for them to do the gutter job I also hired to have the windows done at end of the month reason I called was need it done. Not happy with the turn around time.
I gave them a poor customer service rating simply because I have a two-story home and they never told me that shingles were missing on my roof. Plywood exposed and later that same week it rained and water came pouring through my roof. Not their fault, but they could have said something
Friendly and efficient. Will see them in the Fall and Spring.

Good final result. Very pushing and could/did not give me a reasonable appointment window. Up to ten days, no time frame, and didn t need to be home. They leave a slip. I m sure they the work, I m having my husband check. But they would not tell me when they would be coming and I could stay at home for 12 days waiting.
