I had 2 clogged down spouts that I wanted them to unclog. They would not give me a definite date for the work. In the next few days is what they promised. They arrived without notice 5 days after call which is OK. They also promised and assured me that no debris from clogged down spouts would be drained into underground pipes which go from the backyard to the front yard (extensive length). I liked what the sales guy had to say and hired them over the phone. Gave them a CC to secure my spot. It has been 7 days, and they promised someone would be out to complete the job. Not one email or call to discuss when this project would take place. I called Ned Stevens on day 5 looking for an update. They said they only schedule that morning. I was very disappointed. They said they could not clean mt gutters because I had Gutter Guards. I knew that was not true because I have had them cleaned before. It is a job, but it can be done. They left a small bag of dried leaves at the end of my driveway, they may have come off my roof. I won t know what kind of job they did until I have a big rain. I do not think they cleaned my gutters. They were only here for I hour and I have a lot of gutters.

Made a mess on my windows with their chemical, wont wash off, did not do the job they promised. Very expensive. Would recommend someone else for you needs.

My appointment was for 7am they showed up at 1250pm and thats after i called to see if they we really coming. They left and did not clean out the downspouts therefore my basement is still flooding. I called for them to come back and clean the downspouts, no sign of them yet. If they are not here by monday will report to Better business bereau

They did clean and inspected my gutters. But for a 10 min job I think it is not worth the money that I paid for.

Did not do job as agreed with salesman. Gave discount but would not complete job.

They were expensive and did not do what we had requested, which was to repair our leaking gutters. Our gutters were not plugged or clogged, they were just leaking.
