I signed up because I was led to believe the service included gutter maintenance. Why would I pay $170 for some one to just clean my gutters.? Thats a lot of money, but if it included maintenance to ensure they are connected right, on right slope etc, then I can see value. This is purely a gutter cleaning service, anything else you want done is extra and very expensive. Also, they never fix anything on the spot. My experience was awful. They came by and I had no idea they were coming. So I made arrangements with Bubbles. Around 10am I get a call from a friend saying that the water in my back yard was running and he tried to stop it but couldnt. I figured I would attend to it when I got home. Then the company Bubbles who kept in contact with me called and said that they came by and my gutters were clean and that my backyard was filling up with water. They did a horrible job, a week after the job, I noticed that the gutter is overflowing and leaking from the top, I went outside in the rain to see if the water comes out of the downspout. NO! So, they did not clean or snake out a downspout. I called to complain, and they start with **we do not come back maybe the trees caused it, bla bla bla** Buyer beware!

The work done was not as agreed upon. I was told they wash the gutters and drain the downspouts but my water was never touched. I have Ring cameras installed all around the house which shows this. All the crew did was spend a few minutes blowing leaves off the leaf guards. All external surfaces were left dirty and not cleaned as discussed by the salesperson. I cannot give an opinion about work quality since I cannot get up on the roof to see the gutters. I assume they are ok. But cannot rate for this reason. This company does a rather hard sell, urging you to set up a regular, automatic twice a year contract with them. Also, pushing new gutter ($800) to replace gutter spreading across my roof and that of the attached house next door. I plan to discontinue service as soon as I contact alternate provider.

Overpriced. $165 for 15 minutes of work and left plastic leaf bags on my drive for county pickup. AA CO only takes yard waste in paper bags. I feel contractor should know the regulations. I called and someone from the company came back to get the leaf bags the next day. Gave me a quote of $650 to power wash the house. $350 is the going rate among competitors, one of whom did a great job.

I was told that I would receive an assessment after the work was done. The guys left without talking to me. When I called, I was told the gutters need over 1,000 in work. I was told that the guys would nail down any areas of the gutters that were loose, but heard no hammering, which may have solved the problem. Feels like the gutter cleaning is an in for a predictable assessment that the customer needs all this work to be done at exorbitant prices. Not cool.

Probably a great company with a big sale, I was quoted a fair price by a CSR rep (Siahd ) on 6/26/2019 that promised my little job (gutter replacement on one side of my house) would be finished by mid July, I would not receive a heads up when (day or time ) they would be coming before or b the 15 of July, well that did not happen! Hired the week of Easter Sunday. It took them 2 weeks to come out! It was not until I said I would find another provider when they said we will be out the next day. Found a group on for them so the bargain was right. However I will not use them again.
