They would not give me a set time for my appointment. After waiting 10 days and three phone calls, they show up and did the work. Spent one hour on site, left without talking to me but did leave a door tag saying they had found an issue and needed to call the 800 number find out what it was. After 10 minutes on hold found I had a leaky gutter and my gutters needed to be adjusted or replaced. I received this --great-- customer service and ONLY had to pay $300. Wow.On the upside, the gutters are very clean.

When I called into Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning, I was very clear we had gutter covers. When I hired them, they immediately charged my credit card without having had the work done. I asked for an appointment and they said no one needed to be home and they would be at our house within the next week and a half. I called at the end of that period and the truck showed up the next day. We fully guarantee our work and when the crew arrived they determined that in order to perform the service properly the screens would need to be removed. when they got here they told me they had to remove the screens from the gutters for an additional 75 $ Ii should have said no but i said yes but i didnt realize they were NOT going to put them back . They did do a great job but I dont know if i would hire Ned Stevens again

-Half the job completed. They promised to clean gutters and nail downspouts to wall but cleaned only gutters and left -Dirt was left on property -No one came to inspect after I called to complain Do not fall for this one.

I wish there is a negative number that I can use to rate this company. They were very enthusiastic when giving the quote. However, they came and claimed my house was too high for them. They should have asked more questions, so they are clear if they have limitations or do their own research. As a result, my gutter cleaning was delayed and their customer service person was not apologetic. I was disappointed.

Any crew is allowed to walk away from a job where they feel there is a safety issue. At that point, we have our Quality Control Manager review the job, looking at photos of the house and/or on-line images of the house. Here, our Quality Control Manager deemed this house too unsafe for us to perform the work. We are sorry you are upset, but safety is one area where we don't compromise.

!st customer rep wanted to charge me in order for me to know when the technician was coming to my home. I told her I wanted to be there when they arrived. When technicians arriver, they did not tell me they were at my home, not did they inform when they left. They did to explain anything to me nor tell me what problem was found. When I called the office, the 2nd customer rep was very rude and unprofessional with me. I asked for a written report; she proceeded to give me information by phone. They ran my credit card for $194 on a Friday and said someone would be out either Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday. Fast forward an entire week, no one came or called. I called them the next Saturday asking when someone would come out and they said in the next few days. They came on Monday, 10 days after I was originally charged. I have a few suggestions: 1.
