Good final result. Very pushing and could/did not give me a reasonable appointment window. Up to ten days, no time frame, and didn t need to be home. They leave a slip. I m sure they the work, I m having my husband check. But they would not tell me when they would be coming and I could stay at home for 12 days waiting. Spoke to the Owner on May 26 to get a price for gutter cleaning, the price was reasonable so I scheduled the cleaning. They said they would be out sometime in that week, this never happens and I never got a call. Call the office to see when they were going to do the work and I was told: Soon you are on the list. Called last Thursday to see when they were coming and I was told it is 10 days from when you book it, as it has been over 14 days I find this laughable. 18 days later and still no gutter cleaning, or call from the co... read more

Gutters were cleaned, but they left the fence gate open after they left and both our dogs ran out were missing for several hours.

You better be home, not like customer service said, you don't need to be home. They need your water to clean gutter.

I signed up for an annual maintenance contract for gutter cleaning + a dryer vent cleaning, to be completed during the initial visit. More than a month after I contracted with this customer, they had not made the first visit (which I was promised would be scheduled within a few weeks). I called the company and was scheduled within a few days. Asked around and no one was willing to come out in less than 10 days. These guys were out and done the next day. They left the pine needles in 8 bags, which I used for mulch.

I had 2 clogged down spouts that I wanted them to unclog. They would not give me a definite date for the work. In the next few days is what they promised. They arrived without notice 5 days after call which is OK. They also promised and assured me that no debris from clogged down spouts would be drained into underground pipes which go from the backyard to the front yard (extensive length). They did exactly that and did not make any attempt to stop the debris from flowing into the underground pipes. They used a blower which b... read more
