they charged extra, didn't notify me of the change, then took $100 on top of that
I didn't like paying up front. They also didn't arrive during the window that they originally gave me. They also came and left and only left a note asking me to call the office about a problem on my roof.

Every job is different and can take different amounts of time so we don't want to upset customers by telling them we will be at their house if we don't know that to be true.
I was taken ill the following day after I hired them and was unable to inspect the work but my tenants tell me they did an adequate job
I had some damage to one of my gutters and waited too long on the phone to speak with a customer service representative.

Provided good service, however they left a pamphlet at my house saying ?we found a problem please contact us immediately?. I found out this was basically just a scare tactic and a way for them to try and sell me more things. They did a good job cleaning the gutters, however I?d never hire them again based on the ridiculous sales tactics taken.

They performed the gutter cleaning, but they were more expensive than other quotes I received. All they did was JUST gutter cleaning, no repairs or tightening of the screws, etc.

Service was done so fast I questioned whether all gutters were cleaned. It took less than 15 minutes. Initial request for a recommendation on extending one gutter was not done until I called back. A second visit was necessary. No one knocked on my door, so I had no idea anyone had come out. Very frustrating experience.
