They were here about 30 minutes and did not appear to flush out the down spouts. They blew debri all over the deck out back and in the pool.
They were very pushy - from their first phone call, they were just shy of badgering me into retaining their service. I was trying to get other quotes when I reached out - and from about 20 minutes after my call - I was inundated with emails from them. They took my gutter covers off and took them away.
They came over, pulled out have the gutter lines that went into the ground and had to bend them to put it back in. They keep on calling to harass me for other services. really annoying,
On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, I spoke to a Ned Stevens's Gutter Cleaning representative. At that time, he told me that it would be several days before the Gutter Service Forman will come to my house. He also stated that no one has to be home for the service to be complete and the worker will leave a notice on my door that states the service was provided. We have been in business for over 50 years and guarantee all of our work which is why we had a crew out to your home the very next day to inspect and clean out any areas necessary. Our representative called out to you yesterday about this to follow up. Please call us at your nearest convenience.
Constant up-selling, produced a new problem after new problem, no way to talk directly to the professionals who completed the work.

When we perform work, we do a full clean flush and inspection of the system and report back to our customer our findings. We do this because customers want to know what is going on at their home. Totally ruined my house... they installed new gutters that are leaking around the entire house.. my old system had less leaks.. they told me after they installed it that my old gutters just needed gutter flashing so the water would go into gutter.. that was the problem in the beginning in certain areas.. this new gutter system is leaking all the way around my ranch-soaking the fascia and soffit boards.. customer service just argues with you and they want 1375.00 more to correct the problem.. stay away from them.. plus I didn... read more
