High percentage of defective items
I have been going through Nellis Auction since it first opened. They have been wonderful! The ladies at the front desk and the warehouse men all assisting as needed. BUT this past week I won something and when I went to pick it up there was no check in paper to sign, no one at the front desk and just one line to check in and pick up. You could no longer sign and sit you stood in line! I waited in this line for 45 minutes without it moving but once. The items were described incorrectly in two separate occasions. One time they gave me the wrong item. All this happened on the same week. I wasted time going there and waiting just to get the wrong items. Very disappointing!
Ridiculous long wait to pick up!!
Item was listed as new and packaging as acceptable. I Would not have bid on if it was not a new item.Drove 56 miles each way to get item. Once opened and out of the package. It was missing part of pump assembly, decorative rocks were broken and worst of all the fire portion doesn't work at all. Empoyees were friendly, which was only good part. Buyer beware
Well for the past few months i have been buying products from Nellis and returned half of it for items being misrepresented in listing. This has become a waste of time because i have to drive to pick up and then also return items for being misrepresented !! There should be somebody that checks items more thoroughly before item goes up for auction.
Customer service at the pick-up location was great. The items I received in the lots I purchased, were hit or miss, but that is to be expected. The most frustrating part of the whole process was the email and phone customer service, it was easily some of the worst I've ever experienced. The emails you send when someone wins an auction say that you can reply to the email to schedule pick-up, but as a customer we have a time limit to pick up our items, and your email responses took weeks. literally weeks and half the time th... read more
To pick up your item it takes way too long. I'm sorry you need to get this fixed ASAP.
dont like the 5.00 start and 5.00 each time i have could of have bought things for 7.00 12,18,23,28 33 etc also your pictures are misleading you sometimes make them small thats ok but with out measurements!!!! i know you have a lot of items and cutting corners make sense but but but you should spend more time on descriptions what i plan on doing is "if iam fooled on the size and i dont like i wont take ie send it back" thats why a rating of 2 and my friends they are not as astute as me i cant rec them they just will go alo... read more
