I am EXTREMELY happy with the service Gus & Angie provided. Gus assured me we could get me closed with a Vouluntary BK dismissal. He was right, we closed almost 3 weeks to the day the initial application was taken. Ill be back for my streamline Gus!!!

We have less than perfect credit including bankruptcies (yes more than one). I started reading up on how I can refi our home while in Chapter 13 and I came across Gustan Cho and Associates. I sent a text message on a whim and received an immediately reply. I was connected to an assoscited with the hour. The process took about 3 months and we closed July 2022. I NEVER thought we would be able to Refi with our situation. The team at Gustan Cho made it so easy, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Gustan Cho Associates truly understand the intricate processes of working with buyers that have some difficult circumstances that can present challenges for mortgage approval. My loan officer had a great wealth of knowledge about what was needed by all parties involved (buyer/seller/bankruptcy attorney) in the mortgage process. This is my second time working with Loan Cabin on a home purchase. Gustan is very knowledgeable and keeps things moving quickly. He was able to approve a complicated loan for my second home and he did the loan for my first home last year. Gustan Cho and his team are a pleasure to work with.
