My appointment was at 9 am. My car was finally finished at 3 pm. I spent 6 hours waiting. The manager said he gave me a discount on my services, but I have no way of knowing if that is true. I feel that as a single woman bringing my car in alone, I was taken advantage of. This is the second review I have submitted regarding a problem with2020 Altima SR change lane camera. The camera stopped functioning and I was quoted $2800 to repair the problem. I was informed the car warranty did NOT cover electronics therefore I was responsible for the fix cost if I decided to get it taken care of. I declined and decided to find a less expensive repair. I got cheated at final price while signing. .outside they set diffrent price with me but wen i signed docs raised priced came at my final bill without my knowledge they put service contract to my bill amount of $3855 and when i caught him cheating the guy said cancel after one month dont worry!!
Did not get me a tire jack for the Ford F150. No Tire jack came with truck!!
I initially received a phone call Saying I need to be a cosigner for my brother to get a car. I was told to sign the paper will only take 20 minutes it ended up taking two hours once the paperwork was in front of me, I find out that I am the sole owner of this new vehicle which was not the conversation I had over the phone with the salesman.
