Paid $166 for a diagnostic test on my vehicle just to be told that the forward emergency braking sensor and the bracket for my Nissan Maxima would need to be replaced that would cost $2,300. I am so happy that I wasted $166 to be told that. Congratulations on your profit. I love Nissan of Athens!
I came in for an oil change & they quoted 1. 5 hours. It really shouldn’t take that long. It ended up being 2 hours. Also the waiting room was tiny and filled with people so I went outside in the heat for most of the time
I came for an oil change. I drove about 15 miles after leaving and my car gave me a warning that said “engine malfunction “ and my oil light came on. I drove back to the dealership and when I got there I checked my oil and found NO oil on my oil stick. To fix the problem the owner wanted to give me a $100 credit, put oil in my car and send me on my way. I was and I still am very furious. I will never return!
Ripped me off $166 I will NEVER return to this dealership again took my money.
Done with Nissan Athens dealership. . They seems done care about my recent car issues. Sad to say after 3 cars purchased this past 5 years and Nissan Athens don’t care that at all..
When you make an appt you shouldn't have to wait 2. 5 hrs that the reason for the apot to get in and out .
I made an appt but it took more than 2 hours to complete an oil change because i was told many people walked in/came in before me. Why make an appt if it doesn’t give you priority in “holding your spot?”
My appointment Took two hours to change my oil and get checked out. My truck had been finished and sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes before they called me to get it.
This was a COP car. Once approved by Nissan, this dealer promptly repaired the car.
