"Great assistance from Cesar." Best experience I’ve had in the 4 years I’ve been with Nissan DTLA. The majority of the men in the office are terrible at what they do. They seem to be selective and unwilling to go the mile for great customer service. Cesar of Nissan DTLA was sincere and helpful through and through.

"Check engine light" The problem with my car was repaired quickly and correct. The service department was friendly and great to deal with. I recommend all Nissan owners take their vehicles there.

"Awesome " It’s a good service and helpfully . I think that is best place go here to get a car fixing and . I don’t have any negative about but one negative is take to take too long lol

"Very friendly" Made me good sugestión, offered me an Uber to wait at home instead of waiting three hours at service. They also offered me a payment plan for my repair and it is pretty cool to have that option. Overall eventhoug it seems like they opened the nissan service back where I used to take my two nissan cars I am staying at Downtown LA Nissan Service.

"SERVICE " Service was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ace did a good job breaking down the work i received an the work i still needed with prices and options for payments. Overall great place to get your Nissan serviced.

"Great service and great lounge." I received personal and exceptional customer service. The service manager and his TEAM were helpful and accommodating. The lobby lounge had a variety of courtesy coffees too.
