Tried to add fees that changed internet price by over $2k for repairs they did on the car. constant pushing extended warranty even after several times saying no, walked out.

They didn't fasten the oil filter on correctly after changing our oil. As a result, some of the oil leaked out after driving it. We had to pay a mobile mechanic to drive to where our car was and fix it. We went back to Nissan of McKinney and they refunded our money for the oil change and paid us for the mobile mechanic fees. While they ended up making it right, the problem should have never happened in the first place.

Would not budge on price and added nearly $2,000.00 to price listed on CARFAX stating they do that to all of their used car prices.

I drove 40 miles to Nissan of McKinney for an oil change during the middle of a PANDEMIC. Not a single employee at the dealership was wearing a face mask or gloves. Although not mandated common sense says you should protect your customers. I'm a 64 yr old who has had 3 heart attacks and 2 strokes, that puts me into the high risk category. Will never do business them again. I have been a good customer driving 40 miles one way for my maintanence and this company has no regard for their customers

Well the gentleman that called spoke broken English, which I could not understand and refused to deal with; however, when I went to the dealer, I dealt with a used car salesman named Oscar. I told him the only vehicle I was there to see, which was my 2018 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner. Oscar was polite and very personable. That is where my somewhat pleasant experience ended. Customer service was extremely poor. No one greeted me - ever. I was told I would receive a call/text the next morning and after I called 3 times, I finally received a text. Upon picking up my car, again no greeting.

Their car wash scratched my suv. They try to say it was already like that. Service manager didnt care to make it right. I wont service or ever consider buying a vehicle here in the future.

We scheduled maintenance on our new car, which should have been serviced before leaving the lot. Having received notifications from CarFax, we took it in for service, where there was no record of it having been done previously at the time a purchase (a month ago). I was charged for an alignment that was an issue when I drove it off the lot. The manager was unprofessional, taking a "your word against mine" stance. My experience is that they are rushed and provide poor customer service.
