Polite and prompt - treated me well. HOWEVER, the only reason I brought my vehicle into the shop was to have a Vehicle RECALL NOTICE repair made. When making the appointment, I specifically asked the scheduler - "Do you have the parts you need and are you able to perform the recall fix" - which I was assured "yes, we can perform the recall steps". They threw all the sales tactics from the 90s at me. Prices we agreed to changed after the fact, we were kept for hours longer than we wanted so they could sell warranties. I had to threaten to leave just to get our original agreement honored. Do your research before going here, or it might be less of a headache to go elsewhere.

Made an appointment for a recall. They had us bring the vehicle in and leave overnight but called the next day to inform us the part had to be ordered and it would be 5-6 weeks. Why would they not know this before they had us bring in?

Terrible!! Went in for tire rotation and oil change. In 20 mins they told me I needed 1500 dollars of other service. We reminded them that the have to special warranties. They said they would have to wait til Monday to get approval. So they only did oil change. This is third time they have tried to rack up extra charges. Dont trust them. Last time took car elsewhere and for what they were going to charge 400 I got down be for 110. Crooks. Will never buy vehicle from them again.

third time I had my car in for the same reason, and still not fixed, I have to take it back a 4th time now. And my gas gauge indicated I could only go 13 miles with the amount of gas in my tank... geese at least put 1 gal in so that I don't run out of gas before I get to the gas station.
