They did a great service, my car got fixed up. Only issue is this time they replaced my brake fluids without telling me or informing of new information. I was in the lobby waiting for 2 hrs with no information besides "we'll come get you when it's ready." With slight attitude.

After the service, I saw oil leaking in small quantities and a burning smell was coming. I booked another appointment to get the vehicle checked out. I was not told that the diagnosis can take more than 24 hours. I had to leave the car for more than a day for Nissan of Mckinney to check the vehicle and fix the problem. Dealership's tech, filled the oil at an incorrect level that was causing the oil to spill from the vent.

This was a required repair for an issues that presented before (and taken to the same dealer to be fixed) and was supposed to be fixed, however it failed again, being a safety issue and breaking down in out in the woods it was very frustrating, then when taking the truck for service we were told it would be several days until we can be seen. Same issue never resolved 2 weeks ago and they resolved after we spent money on 2 rentals when the issue could have been resolved on first visit.

Got a used Rogue there.it had just been traded and was not clean at the time I saw it.I should have paid closer attention.During the deal, they wanted to sell me a reconstruction package that has things that should be performed by them, I declined. Day after I got it, noticed the problems,turns out it was transmission, this was not caught during their inspection before release, they did replace at no cost to me. It took 1.5 weeks to fix, me no car, them poor communication. car not cleaned well.
