We were informed via multiple media to go in for recall fix. Arrived for early am appointment and 30 minutes after was informed part was not available at dealership. Wasted my morning when i could have been working.

This place is awful. I had a simple repair, I needed a replacement seat wiper arm.. These jerks couldn't call me all day. I dropped off my car at 830 and at 4, I finally called. We had to order the part. They didn't call me when the part came in, and when I went to pick it up, the parts person disappeared for 20 minutes. Then I go to the cashier and no cashier for 15 minutes. An unorganized pathetic excuse for a business

Quality of service compromised over petty things. One of the worst experience any one could ever have and on top they are trying to blame customer

I was told I had an appointment and when I arrived I was not listed 6 hours later I was finally done.
