Very deceptive sales practices going on there. I called the dealership to ask if the truck was available for a test drive. I was told that it was and we drove directly there. The truck was pulled around and I noticed a yellow sticker on the back window which read, "this vehicle is not for sale" or something along that line. I was told by the sales rep that the sticker was only there because it had not been serviced yet. We purchased the car and this was the inspection and clean up after the purchase. When I got into the car, the protective floor covering was still in the car. When I pulled it out, the bottom was covered in a very slick covering that felt like oil. What ever it was, it was also on the mat.
Not a great experience! I chose the upgraded oil change and was charged for the difference. The salesman told us we could come in for a deep cleaning wash as part of our $2000 pre owned package and all they did was partially vacuum and wash the outside. They charge for all snacks and bottles of water on the service area? Walmart offers more perks than McKinney Nissan
So annoyed that everytime I go to Nissan in Mckinney in the service area there is not a worker present and people that show up AFTER me get helped before I do. I asked about my under carriage when i checked in and it wasn't even addressed, I was told when i was leaving that it needed to be replaced but wasn't given a price. UGGGHHHHHH
bought a car there And the sales team told me it would be ready Monday! couldnt get the car til Friday giving extra 5 days to have it done! called 2 hrs before Leaving OK to get car in TX! sales team said its ready. sat and left 20 minutes, came back and said the car isnt ready and there is an engine light on and when they finally let us see the car it looked worse. Wait times horrendous! Service department worthless! Selling me lemon before its even off the lot!
Service was simple, nothing spectacular. No one went above and beyond and I received a text message about services needed which is so impersonal, so definitely a change from other Nissan services Ive had.
Salesman tried to tell me the badly scored front left rotor had come the factory that way! I wss also told the vehicle had hail damage. When I made my offer based on the vehicle's condition the salesman said they couldn't do that. He had no interest in making a counter offer. Desletship hasn't responded to my complaint.
Pre-delivery inspection NOT completed
Blatantly fails to service based on manufacturer's guidelines. Overcharges each service in labor hours by noticeable degrees.
