Bait and switch. Provided one price to fix tire pressure system, when I returned a few weeks later Nissan decided that other items needed to be replaced at double the initial charge. What started out as a $180 repair quickly escalated well north of $500. If that would have been the initial estimate, I never would have had the repair done as it was a convenience repair, not necessary.

Not good the window on my daughters car was making noise when going up and down. She had purchased the car on Saturday and was supposed to be fixed before she picked it up. And the so called fix lasted about 2 days, making same noise again. The proper way would have been to take door panel off to see what the problem is not W-D 40 to temporarily make it stop. Very disappointed we bought 2 cars on that Saturday. You would think they would make it right!

Tried to "diagnose" a faulty mirror for $180 without repair without any progress without consent and then expect me to pay for it

Bought used car from them few days later brought back twice and they told things were ok. 60 days later being back to another Nissan and they figured the issue out

The Service consultant did unauthorized work. Never informed me the car was ready. When I was checked out and unauthorized work removed from my bill the car had been left running for HOW LONG????. In the past the service has been great but this was terrible.

Felt like our sales person was not the best to work. Wasted time going back and forth, and in that time they car I really wanted sold. A lot of miscommunications.

Just focused on upselling but care for customer. Quality of service is very poor.
