Just OK. didn't find much value with the maintenance plan purchased as a part of the Nissan certified vehicle.
Left off my inner fender liner, scratched the drivers fender noted mileage wrong. Ive had better service here.
I did not receive a copy of a maintenance inspection. The repair work that I brought my vehicle in for was excellent.
Feel like they didn't check the tires through when changing them - there's a persistent sound I need to go back and get checked.Also - should've offered to do the State Inspection, so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere to complete it. Simple things like that can go a long way!
I paid $145 for a diagnostics; they did not do anything but still charrged me with an arm and a leg.
Yes, it was sale inspection ready. But I rate this poor because the oil change service was horrible. They didn't reset the oil change alert. Filter was nasty and they unplugged the filter light so that it wouldn't throw a code. The filter sensor is probably just bad but instead of replacing the sensor they unplugged it and sold it to me broken.
If zero stars was an option I would have picked zero.Did not put everything back together and I was stranded on the side of the road a week later...Horrible, horrible service. Never going back.
This would be a Zero star rating if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service and auto service experience I have ever had! The stealership had my car for a month and within 50 miles of having it back has failed again. I will NEVER bring my car to Nissan McKinney ever again!
