Bad, rude and disrespectful customer service

I took the car to recall and engine light was on and they suggested to check what is wrong and they said found vacuum hose leke after that I get called the nissan was ready it was driving rough and I took back next day. I got call need a new transmission and I refused to fix it on my way home the engine light come back with the same code. So I wonder what they fix

Says my vehicle was serviced and haven't been there for 2 months. Promised to get my radio fix almost been a year and still no progress. Come here if you want to have your vehicle and then lie to you and avoid responsibility.

All I wanted was an oil change. Service advisor (Abraham) was very pushy/agressive trying to get me to agree to other services. When I declined other services, he responded with "if cheap is what you want, I suggest you go to Walmart"; very rude and unprofessional.

I made an appointment on a Saturday for an inspection and mostly to have my AC looked at. I had 3 reminders during that time with inspection and AC on them. When I arrived I was told me they don't do AC repairs on the weekends. I'd have to leave it and they might get to it that afternoon but they wouldn't stop working on it until Monday. And they didn't have loan of cars. And there was a couple hour wait for the inspection even though I had an appointment. Service department is the worst. Very high costs For credit card payments they are charging customers Billing department people are rude.

I've had my vehicles serviced here before, but this time it was not a great visit. The service advisor was supposedly sick, but was so out of it that my suspicions were elsewhere. I had to track down a service advisor twice to get an update on my car and when my service advisor was gone my car had to be tracked down because the paperwork was under someone else's name/address/phone number!
