Sales guy Ethan was great! unfortunately he works with a glass square room full of red shirt used car salesmen that sit around and flat or LIE about the vehicle and make fun of you(the customer) loud enough other customers heard it and told us. The customer service is HORRIBLE and absolutely for zero reason except they clearly hate their job n take it for granted and treat buyers like they don't need them. THEY LIE!! n make fun of you all while not helping! DONT TRUST THEM GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!

I will never go back. 5+ hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. They did not communicate that my vehicle was done. I had to call and check. When driving home, it started to shake. Took it immediately to another mechanic and the balance was extremely off. The other mechanic fixed it and now drives fine. The vehicle had no issues prior to going to Mckinney Nissan.

My sales rep. was very nice and genuine. He was newer to the dealership but was sincere with his approach. The experience with the dealership as a whole, from "shark-like" internet pricing tactics to the finance team; the experience was unsettling. There was a 8k difference between the internet price and actual price. The category "options" added $5500 by itself. The "options" were never explained or removed. Moving to finance, you could tell their team is slow and under prepared. Terrible.

Poor service was not engaging at all. Left and went to another lot and purchased the car of my dreams. For that I thank you!

It was terrible. I have to wait for a long time. My service advisor Justin was not there. He was cold on approaching and did not care at all. I have to get help from another service advisor because he was not there. There are two Justin there. The one who service me was not good. The other Justin who served me before was so great. He was total opposite of this one. I will never go to him again.

Terrible customer service. Couldnt identify the problem and after keeping it for 2 entire days said they think it was just low on gas. When in fact the low gas feature stated it had 40 miles left of gas.

I wasnt pleased. I found the car Id been looking for across five states but my experience was tumultuous at best. My salesman was warm and personable however my transaction was littered with inconsistencies in information relayed by management from the onset. The bow on top of my sales experience was that my used $45,000 car shuttered and stalled two days post contract signing. End result, almost a month of rental vehicle expenses just waiting for the service departments first available app.
