"Pleasant experience" We are previous customers of Nissan North Olmsted and decided to lease another Sentra. Patrick Walker was proffessional, polite, and pleasant. The process was easy and price is fair. Financing went quickly and we never felt pressured. We left with a 3 year newer car and our monthly payments are lower than previous lease! "Awesome. Never felt pressured. Friendly group!" This is my first new vehicle and I figured that my lack of experience in that department would be a disadvantage. "Customer Service" This is the 3d vehicle I have purchased from NON, and there is only one reason for that--the Service. I have ALWAYS found the service staff to listen to what I say (which is smart, because I drive it very day, they don't), they are knowledgeable, and I have never felt they are trying to take advantage of me or any customer. I think its a great dealership. I actually recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, or service.

"My expeience" It was a no hassle experience. Mike took the time to greet us, my husband and I, He welcomed us back (returning customer) and thanked us for the purchase. "Top Notch Customer Care" I love the people at the service desk. Cory, Brooke and Trevor are the reasons I come there for service. Anyone can do an oil change on my 2017 Armada but it is those people at the desk that keep me coming back. I am sure that your technicians in the garage are great too but I do not get to interact with them. Keep up the great work and keep hiring great people like those three at the service counter.

"Excellent customer service " It was my first visit to north Olmsted Nissan and they made me feel very welcome. My husband is disabled and the service department employees were very considerate in helping me get him to and from the car. Excellent customer service!
