"Appt for front brakes on Nissan Altima." Called Brooke on a Sat and she was able to get us in right away for front brakes on our car. Explained why we need to get the brakes done at the dealership. She went above and beyond. Also the owner was able to help me out with the price on the brakes. Very much appreciated. Thanks Mike.

"Next Lease" The lease was up on my Rogue and it was time to look at something new. This was one of the easiest experiences we have had. I let Steve know what I was looking for and how much more I was willing to spend and he made it work for me. Everything was smooth and easy. I absolutely love my new Rogue and the money was well within the budget I gave. Finance literally took 5 minutes. Quick and easy and out the door.

"NISSAN SERVICE" Brooke was great, service completed earlier than expected, only complaint is that no car wash was included like it was the last time I had service.

"Five Star Service" The service department at Nissan of North Olmsted has been stellar evert time I have been for service or repair. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, if there is a less expensive way to complete your service they will find it. With my former vehicles I always hesitated going to the dealer, but I have consistently used this dealership for all my service needs because of the above reasons.

"Amazing" The customer service desk went out of their way to help me with my car issue. They took third time, listen to my issue with my car and fix that right away. And after they were done, they explain the problem, what they did to fix the problem, and even wash my car afterwards

"First Nissan Experience" May be duplicated. Great first time experience with North Olmsted Nissan, and the Nissan brand. Was apprehensive of any dealer since my last experience a number of years ago was not that great. Nissan of North Olmsted exceeded my expectations. It was a great and "fun" experience.
