"Amazing" The customer service desk went out of their way to help me with my car issue. They took third time, listen to my issue with my car and fix that right away. And after they were done, they explain the problem, what they did to fix the problem, and even wash my car afterwards

"First Nissan Experience" May be duplicated. Great first time experience with North Olmsted Nissan, and the Nissan brand. Was apprehensive of any dealer since my last experience a number of years ago was not that great. Nissan of North Olmsted exceeded my expectations. It was a great and "fun" experience. "Pleasant experience" We are previous customers of Nissan North Olmsted and decided to lease another Sentra. Patrick Walker was proffessional, polite, and pleasant. The process was easy and price is fair. Financing went quickly and we never felt pressured. We left with a 3 year newer car and our monthly payments are lower than previous lease! "Awesome. Never felt pressured. Friendly group!" This is my first new vehicle and I figured that my lack of experience in that department would be a disadvantage. "Customer Service" This is the 3d vehicle I have purchased from NON, and there is only one reason for that--the Service. I have ALWAYS found the service staff to listen to what I say (which is smart, because I drive it very day, they don't), they are knowledgeable, and I have never felt they are trying to take advantage of me or any customer. I think its a great dealership. I actually recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, or service.

"Great customer service" No matter how busy Jason is when I come in,He is aways professional enough to listen to my concearns. .I have never left the Service department with out havingall of my concearns meet.
