"My expeience" It was a no hassle experience. Mike took the time to greet us, my husband and I, He welcomed us back (returning customer) and thanked us for the purchase. "Top Notch Customer Care" I love the people at the service desk. Cory, Brooke and Trevor are the reasons I come there for service. Anyone can do an oil change on my 2017 Armada but it is those people at the desk that keep me coming back. I am sure that your technicians in the garage are great too but I do not get to interact with them. Keep up the great work and keep hiring great people like those three at the service counter.
"Excellent customer service " It was my first visit to north Olmsted Nissan and they made me feel very welcome. My husband is disabled and the service department employees were very considerate in helping me get him to and from the car. Excellent customer service!
"Excellent Service" My tire was slowly losing air so I stopped into Nissan to see if they could look at it. They found a screw in my tire and patched the hole for free. I am always so impressed with this dealership. My husband and I have been leasing cars from them for many, many years and will never go anywhere else.
"Very informative and a pleasure to work with" Very helpful Listen to what we needed in a car. Answered all of our questions. Explained everything on the car so we know how everything worked. Showed us a video of the accessories in the car. Which was very helpful.
