It was a great experience. I was able to make a same day appointment. It took an hour and a half. I was greeted by Capri very kind very professional and I appreciate my services and the deals I received on that day.

I have to star by saying Capri has amazing costumer service she's very attentive and extremely helpful they ran an inspection of my vehicle, and it was delivered on time and they cleaned the car before delivering it was just an amazing experience most definitely five star service thank you for all your help ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited this dealer for a recall service. I had a previous recall done here but the records got screwed, however, they took a look at that previous recall and the new one just to make sure. I added a service package that included oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection. I was happy I did the multipoint inspection as it shed light on a bunch of things I should take care of on the car. The service department provided great service, and I also had a positive experience with the sales department. However, my experience with the finance department was very disappointing. Despite receiving an amazing deal from Torrance Nissan, my experience was almost ruined by Lily Bandea. She had a negative attitude and seemed to struggle with basic computer tasks, which resulted in a significant waste of time for me.
